David Edelstein – Director, President
Very excited to be back with the VegOttawa team representing the growing number of amazing and supportive VO members. Passionate about helping create and maintain local plant-based connections, David is a long time resident of Ottawa working with plant-based and vegan businesses as well as animal rescue and rights organizations. David is proud of what VegOttawa Association was able to accomplish during his first year on the board as secretary and membership coordinator, and is looking forward to helping the Association continue with the established structure, and progress towards a fun and successful future.
David has been following a plant-based diet and living a vegan lifestyle since 2012 (vegetarian since 2008) and is enthused about the opportunity to continue working with like-minded individuals in helping and supporting those interested in making more compassionate choices.
A graduate of Carleton University with a degree in Economics & Business, studied Business Information Systems at Algonquin College.
