Virtual Self-Care Workshop (Bilingual)
The goal of this free online workshop is to help Ottawa’s veg community to feel more connected, empowered and prepared for 2026. The holiday season can be a difficult time for vegans and vegetarians, with family gatherings or other social events often leading to feelings of misunderstanding, judgment or isolation. This post-holiday support workshop will offer veg-minded folks a compassionate space to process and share experiences, build connection, and learn strategies for navigating environments where their values or needs are challenged or not supported. This event will be facilitated by Michelle Petersen, registered psychotherapist, and be bilingual.
Date & Time: Monday, January 5, 2026 from 6:30 – 8 pm Eastern
Location: Online
